This makes me happier than it probably should! :). Awesome. Cool.

Oh, I makes me happy too! These people are sure keeping this close to the vest!! I am glad; even though I want to hear it NOW!

I don't want anything to ruin the roll out just the way ADAM WANTS IT; so, I will wait patiently as long as Adam needs me to; although, it is so very hard!

This is just fantastic news to the MAX!!!!

BUT. All in good time. :)

Now then. Baaaaack to waiting.... Sigh... Excitement. Waiting.... Sigh.... Excitement.....

Sigh. Just excited waiting. lol

Ok who is this Tim guy and how does he know adam

As is noted in the caption of both the title of the thread and within the thread itself, and on his Twitter Profile, he is the Executive Producer of The Voice UK..

More good feedback about the single! The worst part is the waiting.

1:09 PM, I don't know if we know that Adam knows Tim, but since he is from the UK it is very possible Shosh knows him.

Sounds like the single is being played for key people in the music industry.

Don't know why the executive producer of Voice in the UK, was hearing the new single, thought it just went to DJ's. Is something in the wind with Adam and the Voice in UK? Also thought it was an odd way of saying he liked it. Saying it's a huge hit, how do we know that. I am glad that he apparently really loved it. Anne Marie

Anne Marie, maybe it is being played for many people in the industry, not just DJs. Can't hurt to get it he opinion of other experts.

As to the way Tim worded it, I think it is a huge compliment that he is already calling it a hit.

I just pulled this (these tweets) off of another Adam Lambert site:

Sorry I didn't just make one clear post, I am kind of rushing, sorry!

Did we get tweets like these about the new single, when Adam put out his first and second album, or is WBM doing a far better job than RCA or Sony? Seems like he had to go around personally and talk to a lot of DJ's, and never did get much radio time. This time the new label appears to be doing a great job. I am expecting this time around to hear Adam's music on the radio. I can never thank Roger and Brian enough for the faith they had in Adam, they took a huge risk, not because he couldn't sing the songs, but because he wasn't Freddie.
Seems that Warner Music also has faith in Adam. Anne Marie

Anne Marie, yes, we got tons of positive tweets prior to the release of Trespassing.

The important thing is when do we hear the new music? I hope Adam does not have to do all the nook and cranny backwater radio stations that then didn't give his music airtime. I'm certain that Warner Brothers will handle Adam like the worldwide superstar he is. Yes, God bless Queen for recognizing Adam's niceness and god-given talents, and for being willing to get behind him to the utmost.

This is really major a tweet from a producer of a major show in the UK stating Adam has a huge hit. Adams worked hard to break through to the UK and with help from Queen he has really done that.
Sorry I never saw a tweet like this prior to trespassing release or a single release. Looks like WM is doing its job. Looks like Adams single is really good!

@5:12 PM

Well said; I definitely agree with you. I remember how hard Adam worked on going around to all those radio stations; and how hard he worked on his own with out hardly any, if any RCA Label backing; I felt so bad for him when he hardly got any radio play for his efforts.

This time around; it seems so different. I hope he gets the treatment he so deserves. After all, they have a Star in their mist! He is so wonderful; I wish him all the best, and will do all I can as a fan to make that happen!!!

The answer is yes, Warner Music is doing a far better job; also, his management team seem to be more involved too.

I think everybody recognizes that the have a major singing talent on their hands in Adam Lambert; and are trying to handle this in the best way possible for the marketing of Adam's TOH. The roll out will be very important!!!

Oh I am so excited, so hard to wait; but, I just have to. Can't wait to start the purchasing process!!

There were similar exciting tweets about Trespassing that had us on the edge of our seats.

That was followed by many great reviews of the album. This time we just need it to be followed up with a hit single.

I think it is too soon to say anything about Warner other than we have high hopes in them.

Well you have to admit these tweets sound very promising in terms of their reaction to Adam's music. Now if WBM keeps the momentum going....please! Adam deserves to see huge success with TOH. Can't wait to hear the first single:))))

No not like this one not from a major TV show producer saying his single is such a big hit. There were good reviews and tweets that like some singles but not a tweet like this not even similar. Not from the UKhe had fans there but he really broke through last year and has many more fans that will buy those singles. That's the most important thing.

I don't believe I heard a Wow from a pretty big DJ saying its a great pop record.there another new one I think from Africa saying the single big. Someone ask what do you mean by big he said massive. Either the single or the album.

Sure there will be more to come as they let more see it. I saw nothing close to this for trespassing. Sure there were very good reviews but I am confident even better ones are coming for TOH.

I think the big, big difference is this great producer MM and S as well. dJ's and other producers really look at that. But that would not matter if it was not good . With the best singer out there and the producer of the year I feel really good about the single and Album. Yes he needs a big single I feel good about this. Important thing is his fans need to back him to the hilt. Not bring up the past. It's a new dawn it's a new day for Adam and I feeling good!

huge hit where???

It seems that this time Adam has all the planets aligned, as far as things coming together on all levels, record company, management, exposure and coming off massive tours with Queen. But regardless of all that, it's the fans voting with their wallet, that's the final denominator and for all intents and purposes, it sounds like Adam has the hit (s) just needs the fans and music buyers to come through for him.

Anonymous said...

choons, we have already covered that. Read the previous comments.

Well I will certInly buy,, I always have and as long as I am still on this planet I always will. Your right the most important thing is to back with all we can afford.
This man has kept me from a very low depression and I will be there for him. Got to live in the future not the past.

I'm positive that era3 will be an incomparable improvement over the TP era. First of all, Adam's status within the music industry has risen dramatically due to the very successful tour with Queen and its increased international exposure. Additionally, Adam himself is not carrying the burden of executive producing this time but instead can trust the capable hands of Max Martin and Shellback. My impression about the new label is a very good one as well. The fact that label CEO, producers, and Adam all sat together to discuss and plan Adam's next career move is very re-assuring to me and appears as a well orchestrated effort within knowledgable hands. Now we must hope that music listeners outside of the fandom are feeling the new sound.

Did RCA leave it to Adam to promote his Trespassing album being its the executive producer???

Anonymous said...

9:07 PM, there were really big names giving great reviews to Trespassing before it came out. I really don't want to go looking for their tweets and reviews. But I remember several pundits were played 4 or 5 songs and they all went nuts and predicted the whole album to be a smash hit. Some were British. This one tweet isn't any better or more important than what we have seen in the past. I just hope the hit actually happens this time around.

Anonymous said...

10:26 PM, no, that's not the role of executive producer.

The comments here are so right. You can have the greatest song on the planet, but it's got to be heard to become a hit. This time around just feels different, in a very good way. I'm optimistic about the promotion for TOH. Adam has more cred, a higher profile, and the album is in good hands.
