I hope something they've written together does get on ADAM's new album ... a duet would be great .. IMO .. I loved their duet on Aftermath .. a really wonderful song on FYE .. can't wait to see what Masterpiece/s they come up with together!! I LOVE them both ... such fantastic voices/personalities!!

Whatever helps Adam's music sales is ok with me! He and Alisan have been friends for so long, way before Idol. Her song writing is very good. If one of her songs turns out to be a hit for him, I say, bring it on!

This has me soooo excited!!!
I have to admit, only recently I watched their duett of Aftermath...I was always hoping for her to have a solo part as well^^...He's always so great with duetts, I know it was at his show, but it was the first time I felt like he overshadowed/hawked the duett...their voices blend beautifuly though!

Yes...Marion M...I remember that duet, but I think she seemed a bit unprepared, unsure and tentative...so he had to kind of "take control" to keep it going... not "overshadow".

At least that's how it always appeared to me...IMO. It WAS a tad awkward, but I felt it was because it was a bit too "spur-of-the-moment" for her. My impression was that they had not rehearsed it together beforehand.

Of course, they HAD sung it together in much earlier times, since they wrote it together, but that would have been in a less "formal" situation...and could have varied quite a bit from his final recording.

But, it's nice to see these close friends together...their voices Do blend nicely. Hope they can work together from time to time.

that was also the impression I had at moments, that it seemed very spontaneus/unrehearsed...

...to me that Adam can bring and does bring his friends along his way is his biggest success (maybe next to inspiring people)...it always calmes me, to see him surrounded by good long-time friends, I feel like he's taken good care of, when I worry too much *lol*

Marion M.... I know what you mean....keeping his "long-term" friends (from before he became famous) close to him speaks well of Adam's character, IMO. So often celebrity attracts "hangers on" and false friends that do not have the celebrity's best interest at heart. Adam seems to recognize that.
