Adam looks rock-god with flaming red hair and tight leather, always close to his best pal Brian the cosmic guitarist. Queen has come a long way with Freddie who has passed on their still burning torch to Adam to light the cauldron once again, many times already, from west to east, north to south.

Rockgod Adam vs Guitarist champion
Yea, so who are the real champions...
These are such humble gifted musicians
They will not claim that title
As they always sing...*We are the champions
To me a champion does not have to always win
The most revered champions
Are those who know how to 'lose'
For the sake of other people...
That is easier said than done
As one has to be head and shoulders
Above the situation
These are the genuine champions
So are Adam and Queen champions...
Yes, in their own musical mysticism
Like the QueenAdam resurrection
They reach millions of hearts and minds
With determination and oh yes, brilliance

Queen + Adam Lambert Asian Tour - Singapore F1 17 Sep 2016. Amazing show! 90,000 people.

p/s Adam and Queen sang on a very historic sentimental huge field / Padang, where the traumatic events of Singapore in WWll played out full-scale; 50,000 young men paid dearly with their lives. At least, if they fought, it was worth it but they were simply shot and buried at the Padang and other secretive places in Singapore. It was an island-wide ethnic cleansing! Thank God...now their descendants play football there and because these youngsters play football at the Padang, a Civilian Memorial was erected by Lee Kuan Yew, across the Padang to give a peaceful resting place to those murdered in cold blood when their remains came to light and exhumed. By the way, LKY himself was deliberately picked, queued in line and told to get onto the infamous Lorry of No return. By sheer presence of mind, he gave a last ditch attempt to save his life. He asked the Japanese guard if he could go back into the building to collect his belongings! That was fate on his side. God said: No no ! Not this one lwl!

By Freddie Mercury:
Freddie Mercury stated: "I was thinking about football when I wrote it. I wanted a participation song, something that the fans could latch on to. Of course, I've given it more theatrical subtlety than an ordinary football chant. I suppose it could also be construed as my version of 'I Did It My Way.' We have made it, and it certainly wasn't easy. No bed of roses as the song says. And it's still not easy."
This was released as a double A-side single with "We Will Rock You." On the album, it flows seamlessly from "We Will Rock You," which led disc jockeys to play the songs together. Even when CDs allowed the tracks to be separated, the two songs were still usually played together.

Since the song was written with audience participation in mind, it is not intended as a boast on behalf of the band - "We" refers to everyone who is singing along at that time. The same holds true for its counterpart, "We Will Rock You." ~ Freddie Mercury
