Adam Lambert's friend and song writing collaborator, Sarah Hudson, just released a new short film "Songs From The Sea", incorporating several of her songs from her 6 track EP (released in March 2017). As you may recall, Sarah (along with another of Adam's very good friends Ferras, and Trey Campbell) is one of the writers of Adam's latest new single, "Two Fux". She has written hit music for other well known artists (Katy Perry for one..) as well.
Adam quoted Sarah's tweet, added is own comments, and posted about it on his Instagram page as well. Sarah's tweet includes a link to an article/interview in "Paper" magazine that features her short film. She describes her newest music this way:
"I focused heavily on the songwriting for the past few years," she says of the time. "So I felt like it was time to put a little piece of me out into the universe." That little piece came in the package of Songs from the Sea, a 6-track EP Hudson self-released in March. Today, we are premiering the EP's accompanying short film of the same name. Describing the work as a projection of "what swirls around in my psychedelic dreamland crazy mind," the project is a seven and a half minute odyssey through the sea, the forest, and the mountains. Going from soft and delicate to dark and ominous in the blink of an eye, there's truly nothing else like it. After all, as Hudson describes it, "my poetry, nobody else's."

If you watch the video, and read the article linked above (and in Sarah's tweet), it's clear that Adam & Sarah are in many ways on the same page artistically and musically.. Adam has such talented and interesting friends.. And he himself is so generous in promoting their work.
