This is great news! Cyndi sure likes Adam. She's performed with him a number of times. Adam is in great company with this one. Lots of BIG names!

Hurray for our side! Looking forward to this. Yes, Cyndi does like Adam. They were great together at Cher's Lincoln Center Awards...and Adam's shared in other of Cyndi's charity concerts. Lotta talent/prestige here! Wonder what Adam will sing...solo?...or duet? (with Cyndi?).

Ah, something to look forward to! I've played Adam's "Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas" so many times that now it's constantly playing in the background in my mind. I go to bed, and it's the last thing in my mind...and the first thing there when I wake up!. I think it's worn a groove in there! Unfortunately, although it's lovely, it's also sad.

Wonder what he'll sing? I remember when he sang Mad World with Cyndi. Beautiful duet. She has a real good voice, so unique, strong, lots of style.

Off topic.....Great news for our U.K. friends!....they're starting to roll-out the coronavirus vaccine innoculations today...according to todays news on MSNBC. Congrats! Just stay very safe for a little while longer.

Indeed Nanbert, very good news about the coronavirus vaccine , but because that the vaccine must be repeated after 21 days, it will still take a long time until a significant part of the population to be immunized.I hope that the immunization will be completed by the date on which the Q + AL concerts were rescheduled. There are only 6 months until then.
In my country the first million vaccines will probably arrive in mid-January

I wonder why Brian doesn't do a new song with Adam. I personally don't like Kerry Ellis voice.

Brian and Roger have been asked a lot about recording new music with Adam. I honestly don't see it happening, although it's possible. Brian and Kerry have performed together for years and are close friends.

Heard that Bob Dylan just sold his entire music catalog for about $300 million. I guess he figured that at his age is was easier to liquidate and get rid of the hassle of dealing with labels and rights and middlemen, etc. He's pretty much a solo act, so his decision is his own. He has a son, Jakob, but he may have more children. I don't know. His heirs are likely to inherit a boatload of money someday.

Apparently, this is the direction that some long-established artists are choosing. With streaming, etc., the music business is a lot different than it used to be. I don't know if Queen would ever consider it. Brian, Roger and John are the remaining original members. I assume they have their finances pretty well worked out. Being in a band is different from being a solo artist. Just musing.......

Nice to know we'll be seeing more of Adam some more through the weekend!

I would guess that Queen has an accounting firm handling all their finances. They're all millionaires many times over, and probably don't want to bother with all the financial details anymore. From what I've read, they're still selling albums like mad.

Hope they put out a "Live Around the World II"..or more. There's still a lot of videos that didn't make it on the first album. Gotta memorialize ALL the music Queen and Adam have performed together!

Also, I wish they'd release a DVD of the movie "The Show Must Go On: The Queen and Adam Lambert Story" for sale.

Would love that DVD, too, Nanbert
