Adam Lambert did some media promo on television and radio in Australia to promote his big Live From The Roxy livestream concert that will take place on his birthday, January 29, 2021, which we posted about earlier HERE. (Note: although today is January 24 in the US, these media appearances actually occurred on January 25 in Australia, given the great difference in time zone.) If additional interviews come about, we will certainly post them as they become available. With much appreciation to Gelly and Adam Lambert Daily for posting these on their YouTube channels.

These are really good interviews. Adam is keeping himself very busy behind the scenes. That musical sounds interesting. Rumor has it that the person the musical is about is a performer from the 70s named Jobriath. Very interesting gay performer of that time.
It's been recommended to do a soundcheck on your viewing device before you watch the concert to make sure your sound is working ok. I did it on my laptop where I'll be watching the concert. Go can click on the streaming link that you received when you paid. Press "watch" link. Enter your code # from your order. There will be a "play" button on the stream window. Click on it and you should hear some generic music that will show that the sound is working. Then just log out. Then you're ready to log in for the real show time on Friday.
Good advice Dee R Gee.
Good advice about the sound check, Dee R Gee.
Adam's interviews were all great, as usual. You can tell interviewers are always happy to visit with him, because he's so outgoing and likeable.
Wonder when we'll find out more about the musical. I don't think there's any doubt that Adam is writing it for himself to star in. He's always said that he wanted to be in a musical in which he originated the part....I guess he decided if that's what he wanted, he'd have to write it himself. Hope it's enormously successful!
The rumor about the musical being about Jobriath, the late gay singer from the '70s, but it's just a rumor at this point. We'll see.
