Seems like Adam is not in a good mood when he is tired, what do ya think?

Sweet Adam becomes aggro Adam!! Jetlag is very unpleasant so I'm not surprised he felt like this, and he must experience it a lot with all the international flying he does. Hope he's feeling much better now.

I don't know from personal experience, but I hear that it is worse or better depending on which way you are traveling. When Adam flew back to LA, he was out right away clubbing etc. But going back seems to have hit him harder, possibly why he went early. He has to be in top form for X-Factor, no jet lag. He is paid very well for this gig.

10 hours is my absolute max flight. Any more and I become that screaming monster.
I once gave up a free African photographic safari because I couldn't face the flight.
