Apparently, "For Your Entertainment" is #1 on Beijing China's HitFM Top 20. This is a very big station in China and they play the song everyday! At least the song is getting airplay outside the U.S.!

On his new album cover:
“People saw that cover and they were like ‘he looks a little feminine to me, I don’t understand.’ I’m like yeah… I had so much airbrushing on that picture on purpose. The hunky dory cover that Bowie did, Boy George and Motley Crue and Prince — like all these artists that did this over the top, lipsticky glammy thing. The minute someone from ‘Idol’ does it, who’s actually gay, it’s like ‘Oh No!’”

On middle school:
“Middle School was kind of an isolated time. I mean the only social outlet I really had was theatre and that was one day a week. I was in a childrens theatre group on Saturdays and that was really my social group. That was the one place where I felt like there were other kids like me.”

About coming out of the closet:
“It’s funny …This whole thing, talking about coming out. I don’t even think about it anymore until all of this started happening with my career. And it’s interesting now, because I am open and visible. I suppose it is important to talk about it, but the past eight or nine years of my life I haven’t thought twice about it, it’s just who I am.”

On collaborating with Pink:
“Next single we’ve started to promote is ‘”Whattya Want from Me.” It was written by Pink and Max Martin who is a huge hit maker and I heard the demo that she recorded and it just broke my heart. The lyrics are just so honest and vulnerable and I think anybody can relate to the message in the song.”

On Idol: “Over the past few years, I started working on demos. I was writing with some people,and I was kind of starting to really love the idea of trying to get into the recording industry,and I thought to myself, how am I gonna be able to do this? And someone said to me, you know you’re not going to get signed unless you have a fanbase. It just doesn’t work that way. You have to have some sort of form of celebrity or something to like,give you leverage in that field. And so I thought,ok. It’s time to get some leverage,and so auditioning for American Idol just made sense.”

The slimmed down Adam Lambert is talking to "Extra" about stopping by "Oprah," the rumors he's making a cameo on "Glee" and his new diet!

"Extra's" Terri Seymour caught up with Lambert while he was recording five songs for AOL Sessions in L.A. The candid star tells Terri he's pumped to sit down with Oprah Winfrey, gushing "I'm really excited. I want to meet her. We have the same birthday! She's incredible. What a great leader, communicator, philanthropist."

"I'm really curious what she is going to ask me," the 27-year-old confesses. "Maybe she will dig and make me cry."

The rocker describes himself as an "open book" and admits he's willing to talk about anything, but he's not so fond of discussing his controversial 2009 American Music Awards performance.

"I'm over it," Lambert says about the sexed-up performance and backlash. The singer/songwriter's Nov. 24 appearance on "Good Morning America" was canceled after viewers called ABC to complain. "It's old news," he says.

What's new is the rumor Adam is set to appear on "Glee," but he says, "This is not true." But that doesn't rule out a future appearance.

Lambert dishes, "I'd love to do a TV show. I think that'd be fun. It's be so much fun doing a little cameo." He hints, "I would die to do 'True Blood,' 'Weeds' or 'Californication.'"

The former "American Idol" contestant has also dropped a few pounds recently and he says it's all about portion and calorie control.

"I don't have to do any of it. They deliver it every day!" Lambert explains. He's no longer eating cheese and sticks to lean meats and lots of protein.

When asked about his love life, Lambert smiles. "I mean, I'm not in love, if that's what you're asking me." Adam says he likes to casually date and enjoys meeting new people. "I'm not in the position to be in a relationship. Ultimately, I would love that."

In its third week on the Billboard Hot 100, Adam's second single "Whataya Want From Me" is holding steady at number 70! This is only the third week so this position is "not bad" but it needs more radio support and play for it to go higher so request the song on your local radio station more! LOS ANGELES – There won't be anyone quite like Adam Lambert on the next season of "American Idol."

Easygoing "Idol" judge Randy Jackson told reporters during a Friday teleconference that he expected to see clones of the over-the-top eighth season runner-up or even croony champion Kris Allen show up to audition for the Fox talent competition's ninth season, which premieres Tuesday (8 p.m. EST), but there were none to be found this time around.

"Usually, whoever comes in first or second, that next season of auditions, you have a lot of those kinds of people," he said. "It's almost like a signal to everyone at home that was like them that now it's time to try out for 'American Idol.' It didn't happen like that this time. We got a very interesting, unique cast that's only unique to this season nine."

Jackson, who serves on the judging panel with Simon Cowell, Kara DioGuardi and newcomer Ellen DeGeneres, said audition cities Dallas and Atlanta offered singers with the most starpower while Orlando, Fla., was "really strange" in terms of finding talent. He also said he was on the lookout for female crooners because the past two winners have been male.

"I think there's some really talented girls that showed up this time," he said.

If Adam Lambert's American Music Awards performance of "For Your Entertainment" proved anything, it was that as an album lead-in, the woozy dance track wasn't going to cut it. Enter "Whataya Want From Me," the glam popster's expedited second single that benefits greatly from subtlety. Lambert keeps his vocals understated, singing over a simple guitar strum and drumbeat that soon develop into a swooping chorus with just the right amount of new wave-esque production. "It's me, I'm a freak/But thanks for lovin' me, 'cause you're doing it perfectly," Lambert sings, delivering lyrics that one can easily imagine co-writer Pink performing. He owns the message, though, imbuing each line with new resonance. If Lambert strikes this balance between flair and substance more often, he might just live up to the hype.

Cowell: Are you serious? No one told me that. Let me tell you something: We are the least racist, homophobic show in the world. What we do have, thank God, is a sense of humor. I hate political correctness. I wouldn’t go into any show saying anything is off-limits. If we have to abide by a ton of rules, we might as well call it a day now.

EW: Is that cool with you, Ellen?

DeGeneres: Well, I don’t go by that rule, where there’s no political correctness at all. If we lived in a world where there was no such thing as racism or homophobia, then obviously there would be no off-limits. Unfortunately, there are people in this world that don’t like other people, and that was one of the issues that was brought up about Adam Lambert. So I’m sensitive to it just because I’ve experienced that kind of discrimination. At the same time, the stuff that Simon and Ryan do – none of that has ever been offensive to me. I’m more offended by people who make jokes about something sounding like an animal that’s been caught in a lawn mower or whatever. Because there are sick people out there that would go, “What’s that sound like?”

For those who have never heard of AOL Sessions, they are basically in-studio performances that are posted online by AOL's official website. It is free. Adam's session includes a few interviews and a total of 5 performances!

AOL sessions are very fun to watch! They tend to be of high quality. Here is an example of an AOL session featuring Lady Gaga!

According to Adam Lambert’s Official website Adamofficial.com, Adam will appear at the Critics Choice Awards. The show will be broadcast live on VH1 Friday, January 15 at 9 pm.

I hope he is a presenter and a performer!

Adam is on the Malaysian magazine "Galaxie" again! The magazine also includes a beautiful poster of him. The magazine calls him the "risk taker of the year"!

American Idol alum Adam Lambert just signed on for a special guest appearance on FOX’s musical breakout hit Glee, if a report featured in this week’s issue of The National Enquirer is to be believed. Word is the openly-gay glam rock star will be playing a mentor to closeted character Kurt on an episode airing this April.

There is a rumor going on that both Adam and Susan are invited to Oprah's show on the 29th of this month. That day is also Adam and Oprah's birthday. It will be very interesting to see both Adam and Susan on the same show. The theme of the episode may be "reality show runner up".
