Not sure who Rene Toledo jr is, but I love what he said about Adams album. I have heard other people working with Adam say its over the top, and its taking risks. But so far this is the best review yet "ALBUM IS KILLER"

I am starting to get the same anxiety I did with his first album. At first I didn't care for it and then it gradually turned into a masterpeice. My favorite is Aftermath.

Yea ! That's what we are hoping for. I'm very curious to hear this new music. Since the last album was put together so quickly Adam didn't have a lot of say in content......many songs were handed to him already recording ready. He was able to write on less than half of them.....
at least on the U.S. version of the album.

Hopefully his wishes about instrumentation and presentation will make this new one more "his baby"!.............Waiting is difficult!.....JAK

Rene Toledo is an audio engineer/producer, as it
says in the caption above his tweets. He is with
a recording studio in Miami & was working with Adam sometime after Adam left London. I just knew he was in Miami, but how he managed to stay MIA,is beyond me. He must have had one heck of a disguise. Dr.Luke was here at the same time (don't know if they were working together though).

Maybe people who'll like his 2nd will buy his first if they don't have it!
Also looking forward to the next tour, we know Adam is going to be just as fantastic!
Anything Adam puts out is absolutely amazing!! Mwah!! K

OT, but here is an article where Neil, Adam's brother, wrote in to the author of an article written. Neil stands up for Adam. It's really nice -

Anybody that knows music thinks adam is one of the best vocal singers there is out there today. However, so many people don't know the sound of a good singer. The tweens like the autotuned stuff. Back in the day a person had to know how to sing, but not today. Sad, but true.

My wish is that it has songs that appeal to the masses, and that radio wants to play them. I don't ask for much, do I?

Oh the glory of Adam Lambert! This time the entire world will stand up and pay homage to
this breathtakingly stunning entertainer, who will rule the planet!
No one can compare to the professional brilliance of Adam. He is the full package and
the new album will blow people out the water and the superstar will be officially recognised at long last! Way to go Adam!

Like all the above posts, I've gotta agree, I'm so excited to hear what Adam has created for his 2nd album. In my opinion, Adam is brilliant creatively and a perfectionist with his music. So with an incredible voice like his plus his creativity, this next album has got to be over the top fantastic! Can't wait for the new single to hit late summer...shhich means ( I hope) TV promotions etc. and then another Tour! Yes!!!

Adam's out of this world voice plus his creativity on this next album will truly make him iconic. The whole world will stand up and listen. We are so lucky to watch his path of greatness unfold before our eyes. Can't wait to hear the music!!!!

I wonder what the theme of his next tour will be ... since he says he's getting away from the glam and glitter. Oh My! What will we Glamberts wear to his next concerts? I still have tons of glitter, blue and purple eye make up, fingerless gloves, etc. Mmmmm ..

We can just throw our left over glitter over leather lol!

It's nice to see someone tweet a compliment about Adam as he is often complimenting others on twitter.

Here is an article about Nikka Costa. She says very nice things about Adam. I always enjoy reading nice things that other professional artists say about Adam.

People who have worked with Adam in his 2nd album had been very generous with their tweets. It says a lot about the quality of the project and of course about the artist. Who wouldn't be thrilled with a vocalist as magnificent as ADAM MITCHEL LAMBERT.

@glitzylady - thanks for those links. Those were indeed very very nice pics of Sauli. In fact, i noticed the avatar of the 1st post in the article, Sauli is so handsome in that one. Thanks again @glitzylady and for all the great finds that you've been providing us. I know that you enjoy doing it for the Glamberts in 24/7 :D

I can't wait for Adam's 2nd album, it will show more of him. Actually FYE is a very good CD, I still enjoy most of the songs on daily basis.

RCA:Ed said that it could be 6 mths before the album is put out..which means Dec. but that the single for the album usually goes out about 2 months before the album release, so we still will have new music from Adam around Oct? and interviews and such.. I am waiting so patiently but feel so anxious as I know this album will show the world just how talented Adam Lambert really is.

I remember listening to FYE for the first time and being taken by surprise. NOT what I expected. Then, of course, I fell in love with every song. I expect the next album will be the same. I don't doubt that every song will be superbly done. It'll be a "different" Adam from FYE, so let's keep an open mind!

I can only speak for myself. I think when the promo for this album kicks into high gear, we need to have prepared ourselves for all the old footage/controversy that will be unearthed by the press to remind people about things better left in the past. The album will be so good tho, that it will summariy overshadow all the negativity from unknowing people and make Adam and his Glamily validated in the eyes of the press and naysayers nationally and internationally. Amen!

Almost two years ago, when I received my FYE album by UPS and played it the first time, I totally skipped "Pick You Up" after the first few notes of listening to it. Two years later, I listen to that song several times daily on my Ipod during my walks. I never FORGET songs altogether on any album. I "tame" each song at my own pace and have never been disappointed by my approach because that way I have new songs to listen to down the road when everyone else is desperately seeking new albums. I will treat Adam's second CD the same way.

!Wow, very excited about this thread and all your comments. Thank you very much.

I can't wait for Adam's second album along with all of his other fans. I absolutely loved FYE and WWFM was my favorite song from it and it still brings a smile to my face when I hear it on the radio (which I have several times this past week). Hopefully they will release the first single in the fall so Adam can do interviews, press, and appearances on Ellen Leno, etc. to perform it. Let's hope his management/record company doesn't drop the ball on the promo for this sophomore album. They have to give it and him 100% of their attention to make this album a monumental success. And I guess there has to be a video to go along with it. Knowing Adam, both will be spectacular. I wonder what his new look will be? I like the way he looks now...less is perfect. I know that this album will show everyone what a superb artist Adam Lambert really is and that it will garner him many more new fans. And a grammy nomination and win would be the ultimate form of recognition for the best vocal talent in the music business today.

Pretty sure Adam will surprise us all as he did with FYE. Not knowing what to expect, we were not expecting FYE, yet we are still loving it and playing it two years later. nuff said.

I think Adam's 2nd CD will be spectacular! A lot of positive tweets from those that have heard pieces of it. It seems like it's taking a lot of time, but actually hasn't been that long, considering all that will be going into this very important album. A lot is riding on it and I trust Adam's expertise and experience he's gained over past year. He knows his business and does a lot of research on his own. He also learned that we want his voice in the forefront and not overproduced. Getting excited, just thinking about it! funbunn40
